Delivery Policy

We ship all UK orders with Royal Mail. Delivery charges and estimated timings are shown below and confirmed at checkout.

UK delivery options

• Standard delivery — £2.99 (free on orders over £25). Sent via Royal Mail, typically arriving within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
• Next Day delivery — £5.99. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, when ordered before our daily cut-off.

Order cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery timings are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues or busy periods.

Tracking your order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. If your delivery includes tracking, the tracking reference will be included in that email.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@flavourstack.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

International delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only.
